Altought it pains me to not be able to play Dynasty Warrior as it just came out, seems like the reviews are really negatives on Steam. Plus the fact that for me, it really feels unatural to not play a DW game on PC and not on PS. My whole physical collection of DW games is on PS and even if my boyfriend just keep telling me that I can just buy a PS4 remote and play on my computer, it just doesn't feel the same at all. Aso, I would like a PS4 to actually give a chance to other games exclusives to this console.
The bad reviews seems to be a lot on performance on the game on pc ( steam reviews for DW9 on PC ) and that the game needs a few patches. I want to say that this is really common to modern games, plus I don't have choice to wait before getting the game despite being all super excited for it ! I am not scared of a few bad reviews, I will make my own review about the game once I can put my hands on it!

• Chibi are okay.
• Platonic relationships are okay if mentionned, romantic also.
• I would much appreciate colors or black and white.
• No writting would be appreciated.
• Character don't need to be in their usual clothes, you may be creative as long as they keep their original palette at least if you feel like it! You will notice that I put some character fashion sense links, they don't actually wear these specific outfits or palette, it's just ideas!

1. Ling Ying - Dynasty Warrior /Anicent China. She lived during the Cao Wei dynasty and was one of the favorite concubine of Prince Cao Pi of Wei. She is quite a dark and discreet young woman, but although she can seems ruthless sometimes, she is really kind towards her friends and allies. She's not the kind of person to overshare about her own self and she doesn't like to get into court conflicts unless it affects her close friends. She tried to live peacefully with her many cats in her private palace.

Playing the game rn, I can tell you it's really amazing! The open world thing adds in an element that makes you feel kind of in shock about it being a Dynasty Warriors game, because it's so different? I don't know about a PC port, though. Games like this tend to need a lot of patches when ported to PC, I noted? Like, even "flawless" Final Fantasy games needed a bunch of patches when it first came out to PC!
Word of warning, though.
